Don Davis Ford - Customer Care Review
In September 2016 my son purchased a new truck from Don Davis Ford on highway 360.The manager agreed to waive the first payments on the truck.
It was agreed on the contract. Don Davis Ford fail to sent the first payment in time. Now my son has a 30 day late on his credit. We called the financing department at Ford Credit.
No luck! We went to Don Davis on highway 360. Worst experience ever. These people refuse to correct anything because according to them there wasn't anything they could do.
They have treated us like ***, worst customer service ever. The managers are ***. I suggest anyone trying to buy anything there not to. They tell you one thing in order to buy a car, but do something different.
once you have a question or a concern, the managers play ***.
So sad being that Don Davis is a huge company they go and hire jerks to run the place.Shame on them!!!!
